Free and low-cost weekly sessions running out of the Priory Community Centre. Every group is welcoming, beginner-friendly, and open to all local residents.

Join our neighborhood walking groups, inclusive youth games, and gentle chair-based exercises designed to keep you moving at your own pace.

Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:00am – 11:30am

Time: Wednesdays, 5:30pm – 8:00pm

Practical money-saving recipes, pantry tips, and a warm meal shared among friends.

Health & Wellbeing

Confidential mental health drop-ins, guided relaxation, and peer support groups led in a quiet, non-judgmental environment.

Time: Mondays & Fridays, 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Who it is for: Adults 18+
Session outcome:

Relieves everyday stress, offers listening ears, and provides practical coping methods.

Early Years

A warm stay-and-play space filled with sensory toys, messy play areas, story hours, and peer support networks for parents and carers.

Time: Monday to Thursday, 9:30am – 11:30am
Who it is for: Babies and children aged 0 to 5

Encourages child social development and gives new parents a trusted support circle.

Learning & Skills

Friendly guidance covering adult reading confidence, everyday computer and phone tasks, online safety, and practical vocational workshops.

Time: Saturdays, 10:30am – 1:00pm
Who it is for: Teens & Adults
Session outcome:

Unlocks practical confidence for job applications, essential admin, and everyday devices.

Friendly welcoming team

Our staff and community volunteers are on hand to show you around and help you settle in.

Open six days a week

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, and weekends 10am – 4pm at the Priory Community Centre.

Localtown Community Centre

Conveniently located on Priory Road with full step-free access and parking.
